Emily's Catering, a woman-owned HUB, has been providing the highest quality of cuisine to Central Texans for more than 20 years. Emily Miller Scano is a self-taught culinary chef and a certified Senior Wine Consultant who also possesses a BA in Art from Trinity University. The multi-talented Emily is an active member of the Austin community who performs many acts of charity throughout the year, donating her services and time whenever possible. In addition, Emily has created and marketed her own pesto line, and taught gourmet classes at Central Market and Incarnate Word University.
Emily believes that customer service is extremely important and that a personal touch in every detail ensures that each event will be a success. She personally meets with each new client making sure to fulfill any unique requests.
