Appetizers - Appetizer Stations

All stations require an attendant or a chef.

Mashed Potato Bar
A steaming chafing dish of creamy mashed potatoes surrounded by cheddar cheese, bacon, hot sauce, sour cream, butter, broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and basil pesto.

Pasta Bar
Penne pasta and bowtie pasta served with Alfredo sauce, traditional red sauce with fresh basil and pesto cream sauce. Blue cheese and walnut sauce, tequila sauce, artichoke sauce or southwest sauce with corn, jalapenos and toasted walnuts are also available.

Quesadilla Station
Flour tortillas filled with your choice of cheddar cheese, monterrey jack cheese, cilantro pesto, grilled chicken and sauteed mushrooms with red bell peppers. Hot sauce is also provided.

Pulled Pork Taco Bar
Tender pulled pork tossed with a Yucatan style sauce served with corn tortillas, pico de gallo and avocado salsa.

Carved Meat Station
Choose from one or more of grilled beef tenderloin, roast beef, turkey breast, or maple glazed hame. Condiments include mustard, mayo, horseradish cream, Dijon mustard, garlic mayo, honey mustard, chipotle mayo, mango salsa, and cranberry relish. Different meats include different condiments. All are served with cocktail rolls.

Grilling Station
We bring our 6 foot outdoor grill to make your favorites such as angus beef tenderloin with chipolte barbeque sauce, rosemary-garlic chicken, lime marinated chicken with sauteed red bell peppers, lime marinated flank steak or pork tenderloin. Your choice. Any combination

Asian Noodle, Beef and Shrimp Bar
Asian style rice noodle salad topped with grilled ginger and garlic marinated flank steak or Satay shrimp. Served in small Chinese Boxes with chop sticks.

Shrimp and avocado bar
Shrimp and avocado with cilantro, fresh jalapeños and onion. Served in martini glasses displayed in a 3 tier platter
